The structure of press is column type with groove locking. The lower bolster is fixed on special rack. The column is assembled in lower bolster. The upper bolster moves up and down along the column. After each time of opening the mold, driven by the hydraulic cylinder the upper bolster rises along the column, and after reaching the top, the upper bolster is locked by lock ring. When curing the tyre, the upper bolster moves down and is locked by lock ring in the setting position , then press start to cure tyre.
